Light at the End of the Tunnel

Flagstaff

So, at last we receive word regarding our fate with the Peace Corps. On Thursday, our placement officer phoned Chris to inform him of where we will be living the next two years.

Drum roll, please........

We're moving to South America!! Paraguay, to be more exact. We will be leaving on 9/25 for staging for 3 days in Miami. Then it's off to the capitol city of Asuncion where training will start.

Yes, you are probably asking yourself, "What's up with Paraguay?" Well, we don't know a whole lot about it either, except that there are tons of Mennonites who settled there, and that it's super expensive to fly home.

Fun.
